Part of skunkworks licensing team at Hasbro's LA office, I helped consumers engage with brands based on three strategic pillars centered around storytelling & consumer imprint- First, Self Identification, creating channels for consumers to “art direct” and customize their favorite brands. Second, Community, building platforms for connecting and facilitating fan grown engagement on unexpected levels. And third, Affiliation, attaching your brands to celebrity, artistic, and fashionable trends and people. Working with a small team to drive this strategic methodology, I wore many hats including communicating with vendors, developing pitch decks (like this one) for new prospective partners and persuasive content for internal executive teams.
